Designing Principle

Before discussing the structure of DAO, let us first briefly introduce some of our design principles and philosophy. In order to facilitate understanding, we combed the following points:

  1. Emphasize the division of labor, cooperation, and interaction among the members of the organization, and gradually realize decentralization in the long run. In our view, governance itself emphasizes both the bottom-up and top-down modes within the organization, as well as the cooperation, participation, and interaction of members within the organization, so how to enable participants in our ecosystem to truly participate in governance is very important to us. They should be able to involve specific projects and collaborate in governance. Organizational decentralization is a long-term process, and we believe that this process must be gradual.

  2. Emphasize the value of Mirror Token in the environment and safeguard Mirror Holder's long-term governance rights. In Mirror World, it is necessary to highlight the role and value of the Mirror World Matrix Token in carrying the entire ecological network of Mirror World, so what we need to do is to maintain the value and rights of these Mirror Tokens, so that not only the rights and interests of Token Holders can be long-term and continuously be guaranteed, but we can also ensure that Holders can participate in the governance of the organization.

  3. Emphasize the unity of the governance rights of ecological participants and the long-term development of ecology. From the perspective of ecological participants, we can see that the participants in the ecology mainly include: game players, game guilds, game scholars, game developers, speculators, etc. So, to make sure that all participants in ecology have the same rights and interests when it comes to governance and that ecology continues to grow over time, the game's governance is split into two parts: in-game governance and out-game governance. The content and requirements for participating in each type of governance are different.

  4. Emphasize the long-term scalability of the DAO structure. From our point of view, in fact, it is difficult to design a complete DAO governance framework at the beginning, so it is necessary to continuously and quickly optimize and iterate this framework in the development process, and in this process, the division of labor among the organization will also be refined in this process.
